Here at Boundary Bay Brewery, we value the connection we have to our community. Since 1995, we've witnessed the amazing kindness Bellingham has to offer and we're fortunate to call Bellingham our home. Our values are anchored in community and we love the opportunity to continue to help foster a healthy Bellingham & Whatcom County. We were honored to receive Washington's 2014 Small Philanthropic Business of the Year Award.

We do our best to support the many donation requests that come through our door. Please read through our guidelines and instructions carefully, and we will process your request as soon as we can.


We donate to local non-profits, schools and clubs that serve our community. We donate merchandise and beer products, and occasionally more specialized services. As we cannot fulfill every request that is sent our way, we prefer to limit donations to organizations in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

We ask for at least 30 days notice of any request. Because of the immense volume of requests we receive, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible.

Donation Requests are reviewed by our donation committee on a monthly basis. Once we receive your request, we will include it at our next review meeting and respond shortly after.

Over the years, Boundary Bay Brewery has witnessed the amazing impact nonprofits have on our community. As we value our community so strongly, we'd like to continue to help foster a healthy Bellingham & Whatcom County by carving out additional community space to local agencies to utilize this Spring, Summer & Fall. Whether for fundraising, meeting spaces or other event ideas, we'd like to help make it happen.

Beer Garden -  (June-September). Free! Rental fees in the beer garden are waived for nonprofit and community organizations. Ask us how it works!

The Mountain Room (February-October): $100 Bar /Setup/ Cleaning Fee With a capacity of 65 people, and a small annex garden, this space is perfect for smaller events, especially in the winter.
