We aged our big, bold Stout in locally-sourced bourbon barrels from Doc Swinson’s. Notes of molasses and oak blend into a smooth, velvety finish.
BBA Imperial Breakfast Stout
Stats: 9.9% ABV | 30 IBU
We infused our bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout with locally-sourced cold brew from COF&. Aromas of fresh ground coffee blend with oaky and roasty notes resulting in a jolting complexity.
BBA Holiday Spiced Cabin Fever
11.4% ABV | 32 IBU
We spiked our bourbon barrel-aged Cabin Fever with a holiday spice blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, and ginger.
BBA Coconut Cacao Vanilla Port of Call
Coconut Cacao Vanilla Port of Call, our bourbon barrel-aged Baltic Porter was aged in bourbon barrels for 10 months! It was then infused with vanilla, cacao nibs, and toasted coconut.
BBA Old Bounder Barleywine

Old Bounder, an homage to yesteryear’s ales, is an intense, barrel-aged barleywine. Hints of stonefruit and woody undertones are complemented by smooth caramel sweetness, bold hop character, and a warming alcohol content.

This bourbon barrel-aged Cabin Fever was aged in locally-sourced barrels from Doc Swinson’s. Aromas of toffee and plum blend with boozy and oaky notes resulting in a complex and smooth finish.

BBA Port of Call embarked on a 10-month journey in Doc Swinson’s bourbon barrels, infusing its dark chocolate depth with a boozy, oaky essence and subtle cherry undertones.
BBA Bananas Foster Cabin Fever

We aged our traditional Winter Warmer, Cabin Fever, in bourbon barrels for 11 months, then spiked it with natural flavors of banana and brown sugar to create our bourbon barrel-aged Bananas Foster Cabin Fever.
