Hosts present a positive first impression of Boundary Bay’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. Hosts greet guests upon arrival, inform guests of wait times, monitors wait list, show guests to their tables, bus assigned sections, and aid servers in giving the best customer service possible.
Hosts must be able to carry a natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. Hosts also perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus, and ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly.
As a member of our energetic team, the Host may need to answer the phones, fill to-go orders, and be able to jump in and help wherever may be necessary on the floor. Availability must include nights and weekends, and a 60 day availability agreement will be required upon hiring.
