Who said you have to choose between pie and beer? We collaborated with Anthony Stone (our former brewer) of Tampa Bay Brewing company to concoct this paradisiacal Pastry Sour. Our house lactobacillus culture produces a distinct tart character that blends with Key Lime, vanillin, lactose and graham cracker crust.
