Sales & Delivery REp
Boundary Bay is seeking a temporary part-time Sales & Delivery Representative.
The Sales & Delivery Representative is a team player with excellent customer service, punctuality, willingness to help others, and a positive attitude.
This position’s responsibilities are representing the Boundary Bay brand in the field by delivering kegs to bars and restaurants, merchandising grocery and convenience stores, and working with accounts to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
Banquet staff are professional, high-energy individuals with excellent communication skills who can fulfill a broad range of tasks. Banquet staff greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, setup for events, serve, bartend, as well as prepare and serve beverages and food. Independent motivation as well as critical timing skills are a necessity.
Hosts present a positive first impression of Boundary Bay’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. Hosts greet guests upon arrival, inform guests of wait times, monitors wait list, show guests to their tables, bus assigned sections, and aid servers in giving the best customer service possible.
Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the restaurant is fully stocked with tableware, utensils and glassware. Dishwashers are high-energy professionals with great communication skills and the ability to accomplish tasks in a high-stress environment.
Prep Cooks are responsible for properly preparing recipes, communicating with kitchen staff, and responding to inventory replenishment. Prep Cooks are efficient professionals with great communication skills and the ability to accomplish tasks in a high-stress environment.
Barbeque and Banquet Cook
Barbeque and banquet are responsible for cooking and preparing menu items in accordance to standards set by the Catering Manager and Catering Chef. Barbeque and banquet cooks are high-energy professionals with great communication skills, food industry experience and a broad knowledge of food preparation. Cooks are responsible for food preparation for both BBQ sales and events, as well as required to have a great sense of timing and self motivation.
Line cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing menu items in accordance to standards set by the Kitchen Manager. Line Cooks are high-energy professionals with great communication skills, food industry experience and a broad knowledge of food preparation.
Pantry Cooks are responsible for preparing salads and other fresh dishes in accordance to standards set by the Kitchen Manager. Pantry Cooks are high-energy professionals with great communication skills, food industry experience and a broad knowledge of food preparation.
Dispatch Team Member
The Boundary Bay Dispatch Team is the Communications Hub, facilitating brewery “at home” delivery service operations by taking and/or scheduling delivery orders, maintaining high levels of organization with various administrative tasks. Dispatchers are responsible for fielding all incoming phone calls to Boundary Bay and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner to ensure clear communication between customers and Delivery Bus Driver as well as with all other Boundary Bay staff.
