We have seven taps devoted to our house brews that are always on tap, year round.  The other taps we devote to our seasonal brews, brewing experiments like our single hop ales and our small batch beers that we only brew rarely.  We usually have two casked beers we're pouring, too.  Check with your bartender for today's selections.  We are honored to have won over 70 awards for our beers. Check out the full list of our awards here!

  • PERMANENT TAPS

You'll find our house brews on tap pretty much every single day. These brews are usually available to go.
    • Blonde Ale A straight forward lighter bodied ale. Balanced with a well rounded softness and a crisp yet cleansing hop finish. This is one of our most accessible beers. Original Gravity 1.052
    • ESB An English style pale ale that is copper colored and emphasizes the subtle blend of domestic and imported malts. Hops are present in the background of this brew. Original Gravity 1.054
    • Amber Ale A deep reddish-brown ale with medium to full body and a lively hop character which makes it particularly refreshing. This is a much fuller style than most amber ales. Original Gravity 1.058
    • Scotch Ale A hearty, deep red ale with full body and fine malt character. We add just enough hops to balance the malt. The result is smooth and rich without becoming too sweet. Original Gravity 1.064
    • IPA A honey-amber colored India Pale Ale with good body, fairly strong alcohol content and an aggressive "fresh hop" quality. One of our most popular brews! Original Gravity 1.070
    • Oatmeal Stout A black, very rich and full-bodied stout with a silky smoothness that gives way to a long "roasty" finish. A heavy weight monster of a beer - not for the timid! Original Gravity 1.088
    • Dry Irish Stout A lighter bodied dry Irish Stout with silky body and session beer qualities. Served on nitro for maximum smoothness and dense creamy head. Original Gravity 1.048
  • ROTATING TAPS

We often have these beers on tap, but they aren't permanent taps. We rotate them through our taps as they become available. These beers are usually not available to go. Default image
    • Imperial IPA A full bodied, copper colored India Pale Ale. Strong alcohol content and an agressive fresh hop finish. Only in the great Northwest can you find such a well balanced, over the top, highly hopped draft ale. Original Gravity 1.086
    • Old Bounder A rich, full-bodied barley wine. Copper in color with a smooth caramel sweetness, warming alcohol content and balanced hop character. Excellent with desserts or as an after dinner beverage. To be appreciated in moderation. Original Gravity 1.100
    • Single Hop In our Single Hop Pale series, each beer will use the same malt formula while featuring a single hop, providing a unique flavor experience for each ale. This series is an endeavor to educate those who are interested in the flavor of the individual hops used in making our award winning ales.
  • SMALL BATCH BREWS

Our small batch beers are only on tap occasionally. Keep an eye out for these ones! Never available to go. Default image
    • Cascadia Dark Ale Our Cascadia Dark has become a favorite around the brewery. Black in color, this aggressively hopped ale is smooth with a clean, dry finish. Original Gravity 1.075
    • Belgian Tripel Strong in alcohol, our Belgian Tripel is golden in color, medium bodied and moderately hopped. The flavor and aroma are both dominated by alcohol and Belgian yeast. It has a nice malt backbone, is slightly earthy and finishes dry. Original Gravity 1.082
    • Porter This flavorful beer is medium bodied, malty and rich with a hop bitterness to balance. Roasted chocolate malts give this beer a dark brown color. Our version of this brew has a hoppier Northwest Style taste. Original Gravity 1.058
    • Ginger Peach Blonde Ale A well rounded softness results from generous amounts of German Pilsner and Vienna malts. Infused with peach extract and fresh ginger. Balanced with a crisp yet cleansing Noble Saaz hop finish. Original Gravity 1.052
  • SEASONAL BEERS

We brew these beers only one time each year. Our seasonal beers are rarely available to go. Default image
    • Cabin Fever A strong ale or "winter warmer" with dark red-brown color and a very rich malty flavor. While this big beer is deceptively strong, it tastes very smooth thanks to extra long cold conditioning. Released in Late Fall/Early Winter. Original Gravity 1.072
    • Dunkles Bock This is a traditional German-style Bock made with all German malt. Strong, full-bodied and bottom fermented, this beer has a low hop flavor and a deep copper color. Original Gravity 1.076. Released in Early Spring, though alternate years may feature the Maibock in place of Dunkles Bock.
    • Maibock Pilsner malt and Noble hops make this strong, golden colored medium-bodied malty lager the perfect accompaniment to Spring. Released in Late Spring, though alternate years may feature the Dunkles Bock in place of the Maibock.
    • Irish Red Brewed in honor of the annual Bellingham St. Patrick's Day Parade, this Irish Style Red Ale is an smooth, easy drinking, lighter bodied ale with a deep red hue. It has a low hop bitterness and a toffee-like roasted, dry yet malty, clean finish. Released in Late February/Early March.
    • Lightner Beer In an effort to offer our customers a wide variety of craft beer choices and styles, we have created this light American style that features a clean, crisp and refreshing session beer quality. Session beers are known for featuring a balance between malt and hop characters, a clean finish and high drinkability. Original Gravity 1.036. Released in Late Spring/Early Summer.
    • Ski to Sea ESB Brewed in honor of the annual Ski to Sea race here in our community. This is a copper colored English style pale ale which emphasizes the subtle blend of imported and domestic malts. The addition of dry hops adds a delightful hoppy aroma and a slight floral, grassy flavor. Released in early Summer. Original Gravity 1.059
    • Pilsner A light, honey colored lager with a beautiful hop aroma and flavor. This beer is fermented at lower temperatures than an ale, creating a drier body with less fruity esters. Released in Summer. Original Gravity 1.050
    • Highland Reserve Scotch Ale Brewed in commemoration of the annual Highland Games, this beer is rich and dark with a faint smokey finish. Dark Crystal and peated malts are added to achieve the elements unique to this historic seasonal. Released in mid-Summer. Original Gravity 1.084
    • Traverse Ale A generous amount of Vienna, Crystal and Chocolate malts give this ale a big malty body with a deep ruby color. The addition of Centennial, Mt. Hood and Liberty hops provide a smooth, refreshing finish. Released in Late Summer. Original Gravity 1.054
    • Harvest Ale A beautiful red-orange beer with rich malty flavors that were harvested from an extra long boil in the kettle and balanced with the addition of both Simcoe and Crystal hops. This is a full bodied beer, perfect for our cool fall evenings. Released in Fall. Original Gravity 1.059
