WHERE THE LOCALS LOVE TO GO
Boundary Bay Brewery
Boundary Bay Brewery opened in 1995 & we've been making great handcrafted beer and fresh, local food for the Bellingham community ever since!
Our brewery, which houses a Tap Room and a Bistro, is located in a restored historic 1922 warehouse in Downtown Bellingham, across from the Saturday Farmer’s Market. We also have a great deck for outdoor dining and a Beer Garden where you can enjoy BBQ's and outdoor concerts in the Summer.
We are a family-friendly brewpub and welcome those under 21 in our Bistro and Beer Garden until 10pm every day.
AWARD WINNING BEER
We work hard to brew great craft beer and we've been recognized with over 70 awards for our handcrafted beers. For the last few years we’ve been the largest brewpub in the nation, based on beer production and we’ve been voted the Best Brewery in Washington State by the readers of Northwest Brewing News. The book America’s Best Brews (by Steve Johnson) even named us as one of the top 25 breweries in the United States! Check out the full list of our awards here!

NOW ON TAP
BCIPA: Brewer's Choice IPA: Our newest series to hit Boundary, the BCIPA is a rotating selection of IPA's made specially by our Brewers. We know our fans love our classic IPA, but it's also exciting for our brewers to try out new recipies. Who knows, maybe you'll have a new favorite! This round of BCIPA features Columbus, Bravo and lots of Calypso hops with our traditional IPA malts. NOW TO GO IN GROWLERS!
Calypso Single Hop Pale Ale - part of our single hop series, each of these brews uses the same malt recipe, but has only one hop used throughout each stage of the brew. This allows you to really see how each hop affects beer flavor and aroma. Calyspo has medium bitterness with hints of pear and tropical fruit in the nose and on the tongue.
Highland Reserve Scotch Ale - In commemoration of the Highland Games, our brewers released a special Highland Scotch Ale, rich and dark with a faint smoky finish. Dark crystal and peated malts are added to achieve the elements unique to this historic seasonal. A very hearty, deep red ale with a full body and fine malt character.
Ski to Sea ESB: Boundary Bay has produced a special Dry Hopped ESB that we’re calling the Ski to Sea ESB. It is an English style pale ale that is copper colored and emphasizes the subtle blend of imported and domestic malts. The addition of dry hops adds a delightful hoppy aroma and a slight floral, grassy flavor. ON TAP & IN 22's.
22's to go: IPA, Oatmeal Stout, Scotch Ale, Ski to Sea ESB & Irish Red
HITTING TAPS SOON!
